So I have a few more days to think of prompts. I have some bits and pieces all stored up, like pretty buttons in the sewing box, things that are too pretty and shiny to throw away, but I haven’t found a home for yet.
I’m going to concentrate on science fiction this May. I’m going to try some of my stranger worlds out on the unsuspecting members of my group at Scribophile. But I’m sure there will be some humor stories. And some sad stories. And of course, a ghost or two.
I’ve been reading Norse mythology, so there will probably be something with Loki and Thor. If I don’t quit watching that hunky actor who plays Thor, there may be a lot of Thor stories.. .
I have a world I’d like to write a series of stories in, and I’m hoping that will catch fire in my brain, but story a day is a quirky beast. The story that comes may very well not wish to obey any of my wishes or desires. Creativity isn’t really something you can force in a particular direction. At least I can’t.
